Received grant to raise home where is not raising home, but some grant monies can be used for improvements (namely the roof). But an asbestos test of the roof is needed by a licensed AHERA Asbestos Building Inspector. Home is approximately 100 years old (old Victorian) where roof is all the same, but much newer.
